  • Pre-washed spinach
  • Grated cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 125 gram flour
  • Salt and pepper to liking
  • 200 ml full fat milk
  • Knob of butter (not pictured)

Preparation -- 5 minutes

ADD 125 gram flour into a large bowl along with the egg. Then pour in 200 ml full fat milk and whisk well. ADD in a handful grated cheese, mix well. Season with some pepper and salt.

Finishing up the salmon and spinach pancake -- 10 minutes

HEAT up a knob of butter into a large skillet. POUR in the pancake batter, cook until golden brown on one side. CHECK if the pancake has been cooked well on one side using a silicone spatula. 

FLIP the pancake once. CHECK again after a few minutes and. ADD slices of salmon and a handful spinach to one half of the top part of the pancake. FLIP over one half over the other to enclose the fish and spinach. BAKE until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
