Line a baking tray or an oven dish with parchment paper and pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius or 350 degrees fahrenheit. Create a bain-marie by adding a layer of water to a pan and place a bowl on top.
Add the chocolate into pieces in the bowl and melt it slowly. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add it to the bowl of your standmixer.
Gradually add the sugar and mix it shortly until well combined. Add the eggs one by one, add the second one when the previous one is completely incorporated. Add the melted chocolate.
Gradually add flour and a pinch of salt. Mix it as short as possible and add the smooth batter to the oven tray. Make sure it's divided evenly and bake the brownies for about 30 minutes in the oven.
Make sure the brownies aren't baked too long, otherwise it will become more like a regular cake. When they're still a bit soft, they will be extra creamy.
Let them cool off for about half an hour and then divide them into cubes. Enjoy!
