Making the honey mustard sauce – 5 minutes

Squeeze juice from 1/2 a lemon. Preparation done! that's how easy this honey mustard sauce is. All you have to do now is to mix all of the mentioned ingredients together in a bowl, whisk it until smooth and it'll be done.

This kind of sauce is used in many sandwich shops such as subway. You can spice it up a little by using a much sharper kind of mustard-like dijon, or by adding in chilli flakes.

The honey mustard sauce gives sandwiches with meat and crudités something a delicious sweet flavour.

This recipe is actually a recipe for a honey mustard sauce and honey mustard dressing. You can make the honey mustard dressing with almost the exact same ingredients.

Simply swap the mayonnaise for 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and you'll end up with a delicious and super easy salad dressing. Enjoy!

Wonderful looking sauce/dressing. I'm curious what amount of white wine vinegar you'd use in the recipe to equal the juice of half a lemon. Not all lemons are equal in terms of the amount of juice they give. I always wonder ... 1 tbsp, 1 1/2 tbsp ? :)

Thank you! Half a lemon, that would be about 1,5 tablespoons of vinegar. You're absolutely right, all lemons are different. We made this sauce by tasting it until we liked it :)
