These minced lamb and red cabbage tacos are a delicious weekday meal. The lamb mince makes these a little different from regular tacos, but you can use other types of mince if you prefer.
Red cabbage gives these tacos a delicious crunch, which goes perfectly with the crisp taco shells, spicy mince and creamy sriracha sauce.
These minced lamb and red cabbage tacos are on the table within half an hour; an easy and tasty weekday meal with plenty of vegetables.
You can heat the taco shells in the microwave, but this makes them less crispy and less tasty. It is best to put them, with a piece of cardboard, in the oven or an air fryer; this way, the taco shells will remain open, making them easier to fill.
