Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and line the spring form with parchment paper. Combine flour, salt, sugar and baking powder in the bowl of your standmixer.
Divide the cold butter into cubes and and add them to the bowl along with 2 eggs. Combine well until you've reached crumbs. You can also knead the dough by hand, rub the dough with your hands to create the crumbs.
Divide half of the crumbs on the bottom of the spring form lined with parchment paper. Divide jam over the bottom and keep the edges free of jam.
Divide the other half of the crumbs on top and bake the cake for about 25 minutes. Let the cake cool off before serving, enjoy!
