Rinse the radishes and remove the leafs. Remove the ends and divide the radishes into halves. Clean the mushrooms using a brush or paper kitchen towel and divide into slices.
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic clove. Rinse and finely chop the parsley. Get the veal chops out of the refrigerator in advance.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sauté the mushrooms slices for a few minutes. Add the potato cubes and cook a few minutes more. Add onion, garlic and radishes.
Season with ground paprika, pepper and salt and keep cooking until the potatoes are done. Stir in the chopped parsley. If the potatoes are almost done you'll heat up the grill on high heat.
Drizzle the veal with olive oil, pepper and salt and grill the veal a few minutes on each side until the grilling pattern has appeared. Serve the potatoes and vegetables with grilled veal chops, enjoy!
