Caprese skewers

  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 1 mozzarella -  you can also use mini mozzarellas
  • pepper and salt to taste

Caprese Skewers

Making the caprese skewers -- 10 minutes

Drain the mozzarella and chop into cubes. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves and divide them both into halves.

Add half a tomato, half a basil leaf and a cube of mozzarella to a skewer. Repeat again to finish the skewer and then repeat for the other skewers.

Season with pepper and salt and serve immediately. Enjoy!
