Ingredients
- 300 gram peeled shrimps
- 1 lemon
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves
- 10 sprigs of fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon ground chili
- pepper and salt to taste

- paper kitchen towels
- cutting board & chef’s knife

Preparation — 5 minutes
Thaw the shrimps in a bowl first if needed, you can easily do this by placing them in lukewarm water. Pat them dry using paper kitchen towels. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Add 6 or more tablespoons of olive oil to a skillet along with the garlic. Sauté until the oil has absorbed the garlic completely before you also add the shrimps. Season with pepper, salt and a teaspoon of ground chili.

Finishing the easy garlic shrimps — 5 minutes
Cook the shrimps a few minutes and finely chop the parsley. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice over the shrimps if you like. Transfer the garlic shrimps to 1 or 2 small bowls. Garnish with parsley and a slice of lemon if you like. Enjoy!
