We couldn't deny you this amazing and easy recipe for homemade radish butter. We had a bunch of radishes left from our kitchen garden, so we decided to make this radish butter. So easy, yet amazing! Great as tapas, snack, or appetizer!
Not much preparation needed for this recipe. CLEAN the radishes and slice off both ends. Make sure the two sticks of butter are at room temperature.
ADD in all of the radishes into the food processor along with two sticks of butter. POUR in a generous amount of kitchen salt. BLEND everything together into a nice radish butter.
Make sure all of the butter has been divided equally. BLEND for 4 - 5 minutes total. Enjoy this homemade radish butter!
