Combine ground beef with an egg, a tablespoon of seasoning and about 3 tablespoons of bread crumbs or panko (japanese bread crumbs). The exact amount of bread crumbs depending of the meat you're using.
It should be firm so you can form them into sausages. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and form them into rectangle shaped sausages. Place a piece of bacon vertical onto you're work surface and place a second piece, on about 1/4th from above, horizontal onto the first piece.
Place a third piece of bacon vertical next to the first one. Put the sausage on top and fold the horizontal bacon over the beef. Roll it up to create a bacon wrapped sausage.
Heat up butter in a medium-sized skillet and cook the slavinken beautiful golden brown on all sides. Let them cook for a few minutes more on low heat so the ground beef will be cooked completely.
Serve with potatoes and warm veggies. Enjoy your meal!
