Finishing the baked camembert in bread -- 15 minutes

Place the camembert on top of the bread and cut around the bread with a sharp knife to create a hole. Add the bacon to the hole and place the camembert on top.

Remove the top of the cheese and place a few sprigs of thyme on top of the cheese and place the top of the cheese back.

Bake the bread in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted nicely. Don't bake it for too long, otherwise the bread will become too hard.

Serve the bread into slices so you'll have some cheese and bacon will every bite. Serve with a simple green salad, enjoy!
