Pre-heat the oven for 180 degrees celsius or 350 degrees fahrenheit. Chop 2 slices of pineapple into small pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic clove.
Divide a handful of broccoli into small florets. Combine 3 eggs with 200 ml heavy cream in a bowl and season with pepper and salt.
Bake the mini quiches about 20 to 25 minutes in the oven, or until beautiful golden brown. The exact time depends on the oven and the size of the quiches.
Serve with some salad if you like, enjoy!
