Start preparing the pizza dough, make enough for one pizza crust. You can also use a store-bought pizza crust. Döner kebab can be bought in most supermarkets, if you're using frozen kebab you need to defrost it first.
Pre-heat the oven to about 200 degrees celsius or 390 degrees fahrenheit. Dust your work surface and rolling-pin with flour and roll out the pizza dough until you've reached the desired thickness.
Transfer the pizza crust to the oven tray lined with parchment paper. Divide passata over the bottom of the pizza crust without touching the edges.
Divide chicken kebab over the bottom and cover with a layer of grated mozzarella. Season with pepper and salt.
Bake the pizza in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. Exact time depends on your oven and the thickness of the pizza crust. Serve in pieces with (homemade) garlic sauce, enjoy!
