- 6 fresh figs
- 4 slices of smoked ham (e.g. Serrano ham)
- 12 leaves of basil
- 1 tablespoon liquid honey

Making the fig and ham appetizers — 10 minutes
Rinse the figs, remove the stems and divide the figs into halves. If the figs are quite large, it’s better to divide them into quarters. Divide the slices of ham into 3 strips and place a piece of fig on each strip of ham. Place a basil leaf on top and then roll it.
Repeat for the other ingredients and drizzle with a bit of liquid honey. Serve immediately, enjoy!
