Preparation -- 10 minutes

Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius or 350 degrees fahrenheit. Rinse the potatoes and divide into wedges, not too large. Peel the garlic cloves and divide them into halves.

Rinse the sage if needed.

Finishing the roasted potatoes with sage -- 30 minutes

Mix the potato wedges with a generous dash of olive oil, the garlic cloves and pepper and salt to taste. Divide this over the oven dish and divide the sage.

Roast the potatoes about half an hour in the oven, the exact time depends on the oven and the thickness of the potato wedges. Stir them occasionally and check if they're done.

Serve as a side dish, e.g. with marinated beef with zucchini and mushrooms, enjoy!
