Coq au vin blanc
Ingredients
Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic cloves. Chop the parsley and set aside.
Clean the mushrooms with a mushroom brush or a piece of kitchen paper. Slice the mushrooms and set aside.
Season the chicken legs with pepper and salt and coat them with a thin layer of all-purpose flour.
Heat a knob of butter in a large pan. Cook the chicken legs on both sides until golden brown.
